Timber Construction Engineering
Simple, sustainable and economical: Implenia Timber Construction Engineering stands for structuring the complexity of your customers' construction tasks, regardless of their background, through integrated planning, working together and finding simple, economical and sustainable solutions.
Services
Complex orders are resolved by our experience in simple construction solutions and guarantee uncomplicated assembly processes in the realization of timber construction.
Our central approach, which is based on integral planning and a comprehensive way of thinking, is reflected in the fact that timber construction has the opportunity to realize a very high degree of prefabrication under protected framework conditions. Our strategy is to plan all these aspects, such as architecture, technical building equipment and building physics, in advance so that they are fully taken into account in the production process.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT & ADVICE

In our technical support, we pursue solutions that combine the various specialist disciplines in timber construction.
This gives customers the certainty that their buildings are durable and solid. As timber construction specialists, we offer various tools to guarantee this security.
Do you currently have a timber construction project? We are happy to support and advise you!
Our approaches include:
- BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Work and assembly planning
- QS timber construction (quality assurance in timber construction)
STRUCTURAL DESIGN

The structural design, the supporting structure, is an important building block in a timber construction project.
The supporting structure is linked to the other specialist disciplines of architecture, building physics and technical building services.
Thanks to our integrated planning approach, we take all disciplines into account right from the start. We know what timber can do and can therefore plan a well thought-out building with clear load-bearing structures.
