It is based on the principle of performance-related pay and supports Implenia's financial and strategic objectives. In the event of incapacity to work as a result of accident, illness, pregnancy or maternity, Implenia grants employees full pay for a certain period of time depending on the number of years of service, as well as during compulsory Swiss military service, during a period of deployment in Swiss civilian, Red Cross or fire department, or for attending youth and sports leadership courses.
Implenia Vorsorge, the company's own pension fund, offers its insured members a great deal of flexibility.
