In Zürich`s central Scmiede Wiedikon district, developers renovated the former Swisscom buildings into 20 loft apartments.

The project

A new, modern look and new occupants for two multi-story buildings that once housed the Swisscom telephone exchange.  The project features 20 apartments with flexible floor plans, including penthouses with spacious rooftop patios in the newly added upper floors.
