With the displacement of the old building, space was created for an apartment building with seven parties.
The project
The old building from 1837 was refurbished, statically upgraded and the interior was newly constructed. For the new building, prefabricated roof elements were used for the hipped roof construction. The flat roof was made of cast-in-place concrete.

Challenges
The static reinforcement of the old building due to the protection of historical monuments. The hybrid construction of the new attic and the associated supports to be created for the concrete ceiling which was integrated into the roof elements.
