Implenia offers you free access to Lyra Wellbeing (formerly ICAS), which provides external employee counseling services
Lyra’s team of counselors — comprising licensed psychologists, social workers, and management consultants — is available to you 24/7, 365 days a year.
Possible areas of counseling include:
Personal fears and insecurities
Coping with changes in daily life during crises
Relationship problems, separation/divorce
Family matters, parenting, partnerships
Stress, burnout, conflicts, bullying, harassment
Mental health issues, depression, anxiety, grief
Health and well-being, work-life balance
Challenges of working from home
etc.
The external employee counseling service is free of charge for you and your family members living in the same household.
If the counselor believes that a personal consultation with a specialist would be more beneficial for you, they will, with your consent, refer you to a therapist near your workplace within a few business days. This is a solution-focused, short-term counseling service (max. 5–8 sessions).

Confidentiality and data protection
We guarantee you absolute confidentiality, discretion and anonymity at all times. The only exception is if there is a significant safety or health risk to yourself or other people. In such cases, it may be necessary to inform a doctor or the emergency services, for example. To arrange a personal counseling session with a psychotherapist, they will need your name for security reasons. ICAS-Lyra is certified with the internationally recognized data protection label GoodPriv@cy according to GDPR. This means that ICAS-Lyra is committed to strict compliance with data protection laws and attaches great importance to the security of your data. In addition, its consultants are subject to professional confidentiality.
