The project
For the turnkey construction of the new conference centre at the Wohlgelegen technology park in Heilbronn, the Karlsruhe Buildings branch made a strong impression with a clearly defined technical concept and optimised costs.
The building, called ‘WTZ 3’, contains conference spaces, meeting rooms, offices and a restaurant for users of the surrounding office and laboratory buildings. The high-rise building can be seen from great distances and is the highlight of the science park. It is the third construction project completed by the Karlsruhe branch at the Wohlgelegen site.
