Short description

Ouchy-Epalinges metro line via the Central Station and Place de l'Europe. Total length: 6 km, 14 stops, 9 tunnels and 5 bridges.

The project

Lot 1700: Tunnel of the "Route de Berne" between the stations of Sallaz and Fourmi. Sallaz station and section in the open air. Fourmi underground station, including interior and access shafts.

• Excavation carried out with a machine with point attack.
• Auxiliaries for the execution of the works - umbrella vault and horizontal jet-grouting - to consolidate the excavation profile and stabilize the attack front.
• Securing the rock walls with anchoring system, steel mats and shotcrete.
