In this project Implenia Holzbau realized the facade including insulation as well as the floor gratings on the balconies.
The project
3 MFH with 36 rental apartments and 2 MFH with 12 condominiums underground parking with 70 parking spaces were realized in this project.

Challenges
Facade formwork with round corners made possible by means of a CNC milled substructure. This required that the complete facade was drawn in 3d to generate the machine data and save as much time as possible on site.
