In Zurich Altstetten, "West-Log" is a property for city logistics.
The total usable area of the property is approximately 18'000 m². The "West-Log" is located in the immediate vicinity of the Zurich-Altstetten train station, the streetcar line and the A1 freeway. On the first floor and immediately above, two over-high floors are being built, where various automated storage facilities as well as sales and showrooms will be realized. The upper floors are intended for office use. There will be 102 parking spaces in the underground garage. At ground level, four truck docks, twelve van loading points and 24 visitor parking spaces will be created.
