Board of Directors examines proposal for an Extraordinary General Assembly

Dietlikon, 4 October 2019 – Today Implenia’s Board of Directors received a formal proposal for an Extraordinary General Assembly from the shareholder group centred on activist fund Veraison and Max Rössler. The Board of Directors will examine this proposal and respond at the appropriate time.
