The "Sandblatte" development comprises 22 terraced single-family homes and three commercial premises.
The project
The houses are built using prefabricated timber element construction with solid timber ceilings in visible quality. Thanks to the prefabrication of the elements in the factory, they are erected on site with a high level of quality and finish. As a buyer's choice, some apartments also have roof terraces with roof hatches installed in the factory.
