In Schaffhausen, a retirement housing project was built to the Minergie standard.

The project

The project consists of three apartment buildings with 38 apartments, two studio-apartments and a community room.

Challenges

• Implementation of age-appropriate construction
• Cooperation with city, canton, neighbors and planners (GU mandate).
• The property is given in building rights and is politically in focus.
