Significant shareholder places shares with institutional investors

Glattpark (Opfikon), 30 August 2023 – Implenia has been informed that UBS AG, on behalf of Norbert Ketterer, placed a total of 1,295,688 Implenia Ltd. shares, corresponding to about 7% of the share capital, with institutional investors in an accelerated bookbuilding process after yesterday's close of trading.

According to the latest notification to Implenia and SIX Swiss Exchange, Norbert Ketterer held 1,848,000 registered Implenia shares on 3 March 2020, corresponding to 10.004% of the share capital and voting rights.
