Letzigrund work payment case: Implenia to appeal to the Zurich High Court

Dietlikon, 9 November 2015 – Implenia is to appeal against the verdict of the Zurich District Court in the case relating to outstanding payments for the construction of the Letzigrund Stadium. After assessment of the decision by the court of first instance, Implenia is reducing its claim by some CHF 3 million to around CHF 20 million. Implenia remains convinced that the City of Zurich must pay for the project modifications it requested and that were carried out.
