A brilliant day on site with my colleague Per Bengtsson, seeing our procurement work come to life in the reality of one of Sweden’s most complex construction environments. What I remember most is not only the scale and complexity of the site, but the strong collaboration—between the client and Implenia, and among colleagues across roles, responsibilities, and functions.
Every day brings new challenges. What makes the difference is how we face them—with commitment, courage, teamwork, and, importantly, joy. I’m genuinely happy when I look back on this day.
