Main tasks

• You are responsible for the commercial assistance of our major projects
• Your main tasks include the preparation and analysis of monthly performance, planning and results
• You will be responsible for accounting and monitoring the receivables
• In addition, you will be responsible for liquidity planning and support in the preparation of annual financial statements
• You will be involved in commercial project controlling
• Furthermore, you will support the Purchasing Department in the procurement of plant, materials and services
• In your position you will be responsible for personnel administration and the coordination of payroll accounting
• As our Construction Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for large-scale projects, you will be the contact person for Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers as relate to commercial matters

Qualifications and capabilities 

• Completed training as industrial clerk (m/f/d) with professional experience as construction clerk/project clerk (m/f/d) or academic qualifications in business studies
• Experience in the commercial supervision of major projects is desirable
• Good knowledge in the application of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Ability to work in a team and with Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers 
• An independent and committed way of working
