Secondo tubo San Gottardo - Lot 243, tillfartstunnlar och logistikutgrävningar

För att renovera den befintliga vägtunneln vid Gotthard kommer ett andra tunnelrör (2TG) att byggas först. Parti 243 omfattar byggandet av tillfartstunneln och utgrävningarna för den norra logistiken. Projektet tjänar till den preliminära utvecklingen av den norra förkastningszonen och till tillhandahållandet av de underjordiska logistikutgrävningarna.

U5 Berlin

The U5 connects the large residential areas in the east of Berlin with Alexanderplatz in the centre of the city. The construction project is one of the largest transport infrastructure projects in Berlin.
We developed the segment design in close coordination with the tunnel construction management of the construction site. As the contact person on site, our planning coordinator supported the construction site and ensured that everything ran smoothly.

Niederfinow boat lift

The New Niederfinow Ship's Hoist uses a suspended steel trough - similar to a lift - to help ships overcome the 36-metre-high terrain jump in the Havel-Oder Canal.
In constant communication with the construction site, we ensured that the extremely tight manufacturing tolerances were adhered to in this complex project.

380 kV cable diagonal Berlin

As part of the network reinforcement of the 380 kV cable diagonal Berlin, the construction of a new underground 380 kV route is planned. Implenia is building a 6.7 km long cable tunnel with four shafts as feeder/rescue shafts for this.
Using the BIM method, we worked together with external planners and in close coordination with the client's planners as well as our work preparation and site management to develop an optimised execution plan suitable for the construction site.

Marienhof Munich station

The future Marienhof station of the 2nd S-Bahn main line is located in the heart of Munich, directly behind the city hall. The station structure, which is centrally located under the Marienhof, will initially be constructed in an open excavation pit, later in an excavation pit located under a concrete cover.
For this project, we provided the planning coordination for the special foundation and, in the initial phase, also for the civil engineering.

SMS 2A - Double-track railway Sandbukta-Moss-Såstad

The Sandbukta-Moss-Såstad (SMS) line is part of the Bane NOR InterCity programme to develop connections between the country's main cities and relieve congestion in the capital Oslo.
In the execution phase, we are in charge of the structural design of the concrete structures (troughs and concrete tunnels in open construction) for the Kransen and Carlberg areas. We succeeded in further optimising the construction: For example, we were able to demonstrate a structure base without the prestressing originally envisaged in the client's design. This resulted in significant cost savings. We are also working with BIM on this project.

Varberg Tunnels FAS 2

The project comprises the two-lane upgrading of the Varberg-Hamra section, which is part of the Västkustbanan railway line connecting Gothenburg with the southern Swedish city of Lund.
Within the framework of an Early Contractor Involvement contract (ECI contract), we were able to convince the client that Implenia was the right partner for the implementation of this project, particularly because of our in-house expertise in structural planning and design management. In the current execution phase, we are entrusted with the site-specific and element-based structural design (BIM) for the open construction methods.
