In Zug, for example, we will soon be building the tallest timber high-rise in Switzerland (at over 80 meters) - and in the locomotive city of Winterthur, we are currently building the largest timber construction residential projectsin the country.

These tasks await you:

• Independent technical and costing management of timber construction projects throughout the bidding phase
• Central management of communication with the client and with suppliers/subcontractors
• Successful examination and implementation of execution variants to optimize the project solutions in technical and economic terms
• Preparation of contract award discussions and conducting contract award negotiations together with the Head of Acquisition
• Supporting the Head of Acquisition in the acquisition of new orders and in the management of overall service competitions
• Developing bid strategies on the basis of continuous market and competition analyses

We would like you to have this training and experience:

• Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree or training as a foreman or technician
• Several years of professional experience as an estimator or in the execution of timber construction projects
• Customer orientation and negotiating skills
• Confidence in using Office applications, SAP knowledge an advantage
