Implenia is building two more apartment blocks for a long-standing regular client as part of a conversion project.
The project
A new urban quarter, FRANKLIN-Mitte, is being built on what was once Germany's largest US property. Implenia has already built 130 residential units and an underground car park with 175 parking spaces on a turnkey basis in an earlier construction phase.
The current construction project consists of two so-called arcade buildings with a total of 82 residential units. Of the 82 flats, 27 are barrier-free, all flats are socially subsidised. The outdoor areas between the apartment buildings are intended exclusively for the residents. The roofs will have extensive green roofs.
