Junior Construction Management Programme: That's what it's all about!
Jennifer Krüger
«Implenia's trainee programme for site managers lasts one year and is open to anyone who has completed basic training in the construction sector - whether at Implenia or at another company! The training is very practical. Experienced professionals and external experts prepare you optimally for the construction manager school. 90% of the time you spend directly on a project. You also attend the internal Implenia Academy. Another plus point: the programme is strongly oriented towards digital processes and tools such as BIM.»

«As a construction manager for many years, I am often asked: Why should one become a construction manager? I have been fascinated by the processes on the construction site since I was a teacher. As a site manager, I have the entire construction site firmly in my hands, all the threads come together and I deal with many different aspects of the construction project every day. I think the course is great - especially if you don't have much experience, you get a really good polish here. I would have definitely appreciated that back then!»
