On the former Opel factory site in the MARK 51°7 industrial park, an innovation quarter with flair has been created in which the companies located there can work and research closely together.
The project
The office buildings with up to six upper floors are sustainably oriented and equipped with forward-looking building technology and state-of-the-art office space. A mix of utilities, plenty of greenery, an appealing architecture and the direct connection to public transport round off the attractiveness of the campus.
