Ports of Stockholm is currently building the new Swedish port for rolling goods and containers in Norvikudden near Nynäshamn.
The project
The port of Stockholm Norvik will be a new logistics center in the growing Stockholm and Mälardal region. Norvikudden has a natural depth, and a port is being built here that is designed for the largest ships operating in the Baltic Sea. Implenia's share included a new bridge for the entrance and exit, including retaining walls for the connection to the bridge and the associated embankment. The bridge was 113 meters long, excluding 75 meters of retaining walls.
