Short description
A new, attractive residential quarter is being built on the banks of the Glatt in Dübendorf. Once all four stages have been completed, the quarter will have a total of around 385 flats, 60 care rooms and a new city park.
The project
The third stage comprises two apartment buildings with 36 flats. The high architectural standards are met with a clinker facade facing Giessenplatz and a glazed facade facing Glatt. The attractive rental flats with views of the greenery are planned in the medium to higher price segment.

The two apartment buildings are being built in compliance with the Minergie-ECO exclusion criteria and meet the sustainability criteria of the greenproperty label; the first comprehensive Swiss quality seal for sustainable real estate according to the ESG approach (Environmental, Social and Governance).
