Lyra's external employee counseling service provides round-the-clock access to a qualified counselor who is available without restriction for discussions, support and advice. You, as an employee of Implenia, as well as people living with you in the same household, can contact Lyra in case of emotional stress, whether professional or private.
This service is free of charge for you and your family members living in the same household. available around the clock, 365 days a year.
The Lyra service provides support for emotional distress such as stress, grief, anxiety, divorce, conflict, etc. If necessary, a personal consultation can also be arranged with a specialist near your place of work. It does not matter whether your concern is of a private or work-related nature.
Professional
The experienced consulting team consists of qualified psychologists, social and management consultants. The counseling service is designed to help you address open questions and difficulties in good time, before they get on top of you. Lyra is also there for you if you are already in a crisis.
Personal counseling sessions (video counseling also possible)
If the counselor feels that a face-to-face meeting with a specialist would be more useful, he or she will arrange for a therapist near the place of work within a few working days, with the consent of the caller. This is a solution-oriented short-term counseling (max. 8 sessions).
