Every demand undergoes a standardized application process, which takes place on our supplier management system. After registration, a first check is fulfilled by the Implenia supplier management. In case of interest, your request is accepted and two questionnaires, which are obligatory to answer and help us to determine the compatibility of your company with Implenia, are sent. If results turn out satisfactory, your company is added to an applicant list and presented to all of our buyers. These will contact you directly if there is an opportunity for your company and lead the further course of the cooperation.
We would like to inform you that Implenia processes its call for tenders in the turnkey and modernization sectors on the independent platform OLMeRO. A registration on the supplier management system won’t allow you a direct access to the platform, but will put you in contact with our buyers.
Moreover we would like to point out that Implenia already disposes of a competitive supplier portfolio. For this reason, we do not accept new suppliers in certain group of goods. We thank you for your understanding, if your demand is rejected for this reason.

The following instructions explain in detail how to proceed to register as a new supplier on our supplier management system.
The principle is simple and easy to understand - you will be guided through this process automatically by the system. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
Call up the initial registration link on the Implenia homepage. Call up the "Registration" link on our homepage (www.implenia.com) under Suppliers / Become a supplier / Registration for new suppliers.
Enter your company data and contact person. Enter your company data in the input mask. All fields marked with an * are mandatory fields.
Check by the Implenia Purchasing Department. After you have sent your details, your data will come to us and we will check them for correctness and completeness.
Receipt of 1st e-mail and receipt of 2nd e-mail for the purpose of registration. If everything is in order from our side, you will receive two e-mails. In the first e-mail you will receive your temporary user name and in the second your password.
Create your own user name and password. When you log in for the first time, you must change your user name and password. These are then the access data for your personal user account.
Forwarding to the activated user account. After successful entry, you will automatically be forwarded to your user account.
First action: Answer the self-declaration (3rd e-mail). At the top left of your user account, under the heading Qualifications à New, you will find the questionnaire for the self-declaration. Please fill it out completely and truthfully. Based on the points you can achieve in this questionnaire, we will definitely approve you and rank you in our supplier pyramid.
Second act: Upload the requested certificates from Implenia. Finally, you have the option of uploading all the certificates requested and giving them a validity period.
Please keep your user account up to date at all times. Among other things, it serves as an information tool for our project managers when it comes to finding a contact person in your company.

The D-U-N-S® number forms the basis for collaboration with Implenia. It is a universal, standardised identification number for businesses issued by the company Dun & Bradstreet.
With growing globalisation, communication standards and standardised codes are becoming increasingly important. The D-U-N-S® number is helpful in this context. Implenia works with this coding system across the group.
A D-U-N-S® number is required to work with Implenia. Your company therefore needs to have a valid D-U-N-S® number with Dun & Bradstreet.

By filling out the Registration form you are taking the first step towards becoming a supplier to Implenia. It covers all your company details and the contact partner for the supplier management system.
The data you enter in the Registration form are checked by us against the company data held by Dun & Bradstreet for consistency. If all the details agree, we will send you a user name and a password by e-mail. With these you can log in to our Supplier Management system and complete the registration process. By logging in you can also amend or update your supplier details at any time.
