Implenia is building high-quality turnkey housing in two construction phases in the university town of Freising.

The project

Implenia has been commissioned by Park Immobilien Freising to build a residential complex with 253 apartments in Freising. This construction project marks the start of a completely new residential district in the district town, which is located north of Munich.

In the south of Freising, between the Isar meadows and the historic old town, this modern residential ensemble is being built, combining comfort and quality of life at a high level. Modern, well thought-out floor plans create contemporary living spaces on 25 to 129 square meters. All apartments are equipped with balconies, loggias or roof terraces. Stylish parquet floors, underfloor heating, brand-name fittings in the bathroom and a video intercom system are just some of the details of the furnishing concept.

Services in detail

The contract covers execution planning including structural and building services planning as well as planning of the outdoor facilities and turnkey construction.

A residential complex with condominiums and subsidized rental apartments will be built. In two construction phases, the two- to four-story houses will be built on two underground garages with a total of around 350 parking spaces. For the privately financed apartments, the client has commissioned a special request management service, which Implenia is providing for the new owners.

Sustainability

Photovoltaic systems are planned for the roofs, and the combined heat and power plant will supply the area with local heat for heating and hot water. For e-mobility, a total of up to 28 underground parking spaces are available in the first construction phase and up to 30 in the second phase, which are equipped with electric charging stations and round off the energy concept of the Angerbogen.

Building will be in the energy-efficient house standard KfW-55.
