The project
Bahnstadt Bruchsal is a key project in the urban development of Bruchsal. There, Implenia is building a turnkey residential and commercial quarter on a plot of land measuring around 10,000 m². Construction of the eight new buildings with 126 residential units, commercial units, shared underground parking and a neighborhood and forecourt will start in the fall.
Implenia impressed the client with its extensive knowledge management. In addition to the architectural and exterior design, Implenia is also coordinating the planning for the supporting structure, technical building equipment and electrical systems from the initial planning stage.
Services in detail
Living space for all generations will be realized here on various floor plans and apartment sizes. The buildings will be constructed to KfW55 standard.
