The project
The four-star business hotel in Frankfurt contains 288 guest rooms, a restaurant, conference rooms, a gym, a shop and an underground car park. The building has a length of approx. 110 m and is 35 m wide.
The building construction was completed as a GMP model with complete execution planning from phase 5 of the fee structure for architectural and engineering services (Honorarordnung für Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen, HOAI) on a turnkey basis, including a complete fit-out of the hotel.
