Implenia has completed DV7, the first project in the new quarter in Regensburg's Dörnbergviertel district.
The project
Implenia built the first construction phase of the quarter section called "Georgenhof" in the immediate vicinity of Regensburg's old town in the Dörnberg district.
According to plans by Munich-based be_planen Architekten, 130 two- to five-room apartments and six maisonettes were built on 20,890 square meters of floor space.
Implenia built the complex residential complex on a turnkey basis, as well as the underground parking garage below with 133 parking spaces, in equal parts with a regional partner.
