BIM- Specialist

We are now searching for a BIM-Specialist to our Business Unit Tunnelling which is present in six markets throughout Europe (Austria, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland). 

We are looking for someone who can:

- Support in implementing the BIM strategy for our Business Unit Tunnelling
- Further development and standardization of BIM products and use cases
- Support in exchanges with our Country Unit teams regarding model-based workflows
- Development and execution of standardized training programs to empower construction project teams and middle management
- Establishment and analysis of financial benefits of BIM implementation in construction projects
- Coordination and collaboration with interface functions such as IT, HR, Legal, and Lean Construction

 
We are looking for someone who has: 

- A Civil Engineering or another related technical degree
- Several years of experience in using BIM software
- Relevant experience in construction project management
- High technological affinity
- Assertiveness and persuasiveness
- Ability to collaborate across all functional and hierarchical levels
- Very good English language skills
- Experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator is advantageous
- Experience in programming related to BIM (e.g., Python, C#, Dynamo) is highly beneficial
- Data analysis skills and information management experience are a plus

Location:

We have offices in Munich, Salzburg, Stockholm and Zurich, and you can be based in one of them. Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis.
