Main tasks

• Manages the project resources assigned to him and monitors their efficient use
• Ensures professional work planning with internal or external resources
• Plans and designs timber construction projects and presents them in CAD
• Optimizes planning with regard to materials, fabrication and assembly and develops proposed solutions
• Ensures that materials and external services are procured cost-effectively and in line with requirements and deadlines in collaboration with the purchasing department
• Manages and coordinates subcontractors in terms of content and deadlines
• Provides the production department with production documents, schedules and hourly specifications
• Organizes the timely provision of materials and external services
• Controls their implementation

What you bring with you

• Apprenticeship as a carpenter
• In training as a timber construction technician / construction manager or equivalent
• Experience as a carpenter, foreman or foreman
• Good communication skills
