These tasks await you:

• Management of assigned project resources Monitoring of deployment efficiency
• Development of solution proposals and assistance with construction manager concepts
• Support in the development of detailed solutions and presentation in CAD
• Supervision of subcontractors on the construction site
• Calling off materials in consultation with the foreman
• Reporting deviations to the foreman
• Ensuring professional execution on site
• Ensuring work preparation
• Proactive coordination (internal and external)
• Participation in construction meetings, in consultation with the site manager
• Preparation of control reports
• Preparation of dimensions
• Ensuring the implementation of occupational safety specifications and rules
• Implementation of environmental protection regulations
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports

We are looking for this training and experience:

• Completed training as a carpenter with EFZ, foreman or foreman
• Several years of professional experience as a carpenter, foreman or foreman
• Experience in the construction of timber construction projects
• Experience in dealing with clients
• Knowledge of CAD planning
• Good communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Management experience
