Main tasks
Is responsible for compliance with quality, costs, deadlines, economic efficiency and safety
Controls and monitors the construction work
Implementation of occupational safety, environmental protection and quality specifications
Manages the employees reporting to him and monitors their efficient deployment
Conducts contract negotiations with subcontractors
Responsible for coordination between the client, planners and construction site employees
Ensures that the tasks performed are invoiced on time
Is responsible for post-calculation and invoicing
What you bring with you
Several years of professional experience as a carpenter
Experience in the construction of carpentry projects
Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law
Good communication skills
Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite
Management experience
