Dry feet for your building
Sealed and underwater concrete soles
For the construction of "watertight" excavation pits, where the excavation reaches below the groundwater level and the groundwater level may not be lowered outside the excavation pit, a sealing base is required in addition to a "watertight" excavation pit enclosure.
Sealed and underwater concrete soles
If no natural "dam", such as clay, is available in the embedment area of the enclosing wall, low-lying sealing bases are produced as soft gel injection bases or jet-grouted bases with appropriate soil and water ballast.
Anchored jet-grouted and underwater concrete inverts can also be produced in a raised position without ballast.
We have many years of experience in all these processes.
