The project
Living between park and shopping center: A modern high-rise building with two slender buildings and a total of 151 apartments on 19 and 21 floors is being built in Gropiusstadt. The apartments with 1-3 rooms and 5-7 rooms are aimed at the target groups of families, couples, singles and seniors. The residents' wish for common areas is also being fulfilled. 50% of the apartments are subject to housing subsidy regulations, 30% will be barrier-free.
Services in detail
Implenia is building turnkey for Degewo Süd Wohnungsgesellschaft mbh, Berlin, on an existing property on Friedrich-Kayßler-Weg / corner Walter-Franck-Zeile. Implenia was awarded the contract in the competence competition primarily on the basis of optimal planning taking into account the urban planning requirements. In addition to the construction of the outdoor facilities, the order also includes the planning services (LPH 2 to 5).
Sustainability
The building will be constructed in accordy with EnEV 2016 and in accord according the KfW 55 standard.
