The fifth housing construction project in the "Gonsbachterrassen" development area in the Gonsenheim borough of Mainz.

The project

View Houses is one of five housing construction projects completed by the Frankfurt Buildings branch in the "Gonsbachterrassen" development area in the Gonsenheim borough of Mainz. The contract for the implementation planning and turnkey new construction was awarded on the basis of a concept competition.

Finished to a high standard, these homes boast a light and airy design. They are also accessible for those with restricted mobility and have lift access all the way down to the underground car park, which contains 207 parking spaces on a single floor. All 126 homes also have two balconies or a terrace. External awnings protect the balconies and windows from the elements.

The excellent cooperation between the Frankfurt branch and the housing association BWL Wohnungsbaugesellschaft proved its value for the fifth time in this project.
