The "Leonardo" office building, which went into operation in 2002, was the largest office building in Switzerland to be built to the Minergie standard at the time.
The project
The owner of the real estate fund CS 1a Immo PK, represented by Credit Suisse Funds AG, commissioned Implenia Schweiz AG as total contractor to renovate the "Leonardo" commercial building from April 2018 to create 42 new rental units by April 2019. In addition to general interior refurbishment of surfaces, this also includes the provision of all building services systems so that the commercial building can be rented out for 42 rental units.
