Our current Best Age housing project is taking shape. Located at Dohlenweg in Zurich Oerlikon, Switzerland, this 39-unit apartment building demonstrates the capabilities of our productized and customer-centric apartment design. Notably, the delivery time for this project is expected to be 20% lower compared to an average traditional development of similar scale. The project is currently in the development phase, the tenant move-in day is targeted for autumn 2027.
