Windproof construction site walls

A few weeks ago, there was an accident in Switzerland in which a noise barrier that had been knocked over by the wind hit and injured a person walking past. The noise barrier consisted of wooden planks attached to "New Jersey elements" and was not anchored.

Please discuss the Safety Alert attached and take action. Closed fences, noise barriers and grids with windproof hangings (e.g. posters with tarpaulins) must be anchored.
