Our measurement technology offers early quality assurance through measurement methods developed in-house. Developments in the IT and sensor sector in recent years have made high-performance systems possible that meet today's requirements in terms of flexibility, data volume and ease of operation.

Due to the innovative further development of our measurement methods, we have been able to continuously increase the share of orders from external companies and building authorities in recent years and have taken a leading position in the special civil engineering market.

Equipment technology

The equipment technology of the special civil engineering is a service unit around the topic "construction machinery and equipment" for all construction sites of the special civil engineering.

Due to the demand-oriented equipment park, the equipment technology is able to equip all construction measures with the optimal equipment at the desired time.

Gerätetechnik's site service includes advice on equipment design, site set-up, site supervision during all phases of construction and site clearance, as well as equipment follow-up.

With our modern equipment fleet, we can cover almost the entire range of services in special civil engineering.

Process engineering

The process engineering department for foundation engineering is a service unit for all aspects of foundation engineering construction processes and supports the operational units in all aspects of project management, from tender processing to project completion.

The core tasks of process engineering include:

• Process selection and conception from tender processing to construction execution   
• Support with tender processing and work preparation
• Support with project handling and technical problems
• Support for equipment engineering in the project planning of new equipment
• Definition of execution standards and standard equipment
• Coordination and documentation of further developments
• Quality assurance / quality assurance forms
• Process-related staff training     

Technical office service

As an internal staff unit, the technical office supports the executing units in the processing of offers and handling of our construction sites. Particular attention is paid to the acquisition and tender processing phases. A team of over 30 employees, most of whom work on site at our offices, deals with the topics of costing, scheduling, BIM and lean construction. Internal training, e.g. on process and equipment technology, keeps colleagues up to date.

Technical office

Our Technical Office (TB) serves as a supra-regional planning unit for national and international construction projects and, with its specialists, covers the entire spectrum of specialist areas in foundation and special civil engineering - especially in the disciplines of excavation structures and foundations.
