High-rise residential building Hochpunkt H
Short description
Implenia is building a 48-meter-high residential building with rental and studio apartments, a kindergarten, commercial premises and communal gardens for a regular customer.
The project
As part of the currently largest site development project in Germany, the Franklin-Areal in Mannheim-Käfertal, Implenia is building a 48-metre-high residential building with rental and studio apartments, a kindergarten, commercial premises and communal gardens as part of a consortium. The design by haas cook zemmrich Studio 2050 envisages two-storey studio apartments in the base zone as a space for working and living as well as exhibitions and workshops. The roof area will be used for neighborhood gardens and meeting areas for the residents.
Implenia and its client GBG Mannheimer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH have been working together for many years in a spirit of trust and partnership. Once again, GBG is relying on Implenia's expertise, reliability and high flexibility.
Services in detail
The high-rise residential building Hochpunkt H is the visual prelude to the urban quarter on Europa-Allee, the traffic-free, central axis of the area. The high-rise building will be conventionally constructed and architecturally symbolize the letter "H". This is the first letter of HOME - three other planned high-rise projects are designed accordingly.
