The Witenzelg residential and commercial development is a housing estate with 10 apartment buildings. It was realized according to the Minergie standard.
The project
The residential development project includes ten apartment buildings, a garage and a parking garage. 144 rental apartments, 22 condominiums and 15 commercial units were created.

Sustainability
The buildings are heated with Lake Constance water, as well as the hot water preparation. Each building draws the necessary energy from the lake water with its own heat pump. In addition, the entire site is car-free above ground and Minergie certified.
