Maybachstrasse residential and commercial building
Short description
Implenia constructed a residential and commercial building for GIEAG Immobilien AG on Pragsattel in Stuttgart.
The project
On the Pragsattel, a plot of around 5,800 m² in the north of Stuttgart, Implenia erected the shell for GIEAG Immobilien AG and provided finishing services for a residential and commercial building with a three-storey underground garage.
The building is divided above ground into a five-storey north section with around 7,000 m² of office space and a six-storey south section with 70 apartments. Both components are connected below ground by a three-storey underground garage with 260 parking spaces on three levels and is linked by the basement rooms above.
Services in detail
The façade is designed as a rear-ventilated curtain wall with fiber cement panels according to the architects' colour concept.
Windows, window door elements and fixed glazed elements in the offices and apartments are made of plastic. The windows in the penthouse apartments are made of aluminum. The office entrances and along the day nursery were built with technically complex mullion and transom façades. Flat roofs were designed with extensive green roofs.
The individual interior fittings round off the successful architectural design. The interior office fit-out was carried out in accordance with the tenant building specifications.
TGA and outdoor facilities were not included in the scope of services.
