The project
The new construction with 7 buildings was realized according to the Minergie standard. As a total contractor, Implenia carried out the construction of three apartment buildings with 43 rental apartments, an underground garage and four buildings with assisted living for the elderly. The assisted living settlement offers 24 nursing rooms.
