Short description

Two buildings with 78 barrier-free apartments are being built in Lugano, which not only offer the highest level of living comfort, but also a wide range of services for a self-determined life in old age.

The project

The two interconnected buildings are equipped with a spacious roof terrace and a photovoltaic system. On the first floor, there is a range of services and amenities specially tailored to the needs of best agers. In addition to parking spaces, the underground garage also offers charging stations for electric cars.

Completion of the construction work is scheduled for early 2025 and marks a further step by THE FLAG to support active seniors with a wide range of services. Located in the canton of Ticino, THE FLAG Lugano offers not just a home, but a lifestyle concept that focuses on independence and activity in old age.
