In Munich Aubing, Implenia constructed a new KfW 55 residential complex with childcare facilities, commercial premises and a shared underground car park.
The project
On behalf of Dr. Vogg Immobilien KG, Implenia's Buildings division built a housing complex consisting of 85 residential units, a childcare centre, commercial premises and a shared underground car park, and handed over the development ready for operation.
Services in detail
The 1- to 4-room apartments have living spaces ranging from 25 to 125 m². They are finished to a high standard, with underfloor heating, parquet flooring and high-quality plumbing fittings.
Sustainability
The buildings meet the subsidy standards for the "KfW 55 efficiency house" rating of the KfW Group.
