The Nyköping branch line comprises an approximately 8 km long new railroad line with single and double track. The project is part of the Ostlänken connection and serves as a link between the new main line and the urban area of Nyköping. It is a general contractor project with strategic partnership, comprising phase 0 (cooperation), phase 1 (design and planning) and phase 2 (production).
