Short description
The "Schachenweid" development comprises eight apartment buildings with 90 apartments at Schachenstrasse 3-17 as well as additional commercial space.
The project
The project is being built to modern standards and meets the Minergie certification standard, which guarantees high energy efficiency, comfort and sustainability.
The buildings will be constructed in solid reinforced concrete and masonry and will be equipped with wood-metal windows, plastered external thermal insulation and extensive green roofs. Photovoltaic systems are installed on all roofs and the entire parking garage is equipped with a modular, expandable e-mobility infrastructure.
There are 2.5- to 5.5-room apartments for sale in the eight sustainably constructed buildings. The offer is complemented by 5 hobby rooms and 5 commercial spaces, which can also be purchased.
There are 146 parking spaces available in the underground garage with direct access to the building. All parking spaces are equipped with ribbon cables so that charging stations for electric vehicles can be easily installed if required. A load and charging management system ensures efficient and sustainable use of the charging points.
