The project
A timber-framed building is located along Busswilstrasse and 4 point buildings complete the development. The buildings have 4 - 6 storeys.
The buildings are connected to each other on the ground floor by the parking garage. All flats can be reached without steps from the parking garage.
Challenges
Disposal of contaminated sites during the demolition work, the access road will be renovated by the municipality during the new construction work, access made more difficult
