Hochmuttinger Straße
Short description
Implenia is building sustainable, affordable living space for singles, couples and families in the north of Munich.
The project
The state housing association BayernHeim is building 101 new apartments on three plots in the "Hochmuttinger Straße" development area in Feldmoching. Housing is being built here that will offer affordable, economical and ecological living space with 55-year occupancy commitments.
Services in detail
The development area is located in the north of Munich and is very well developed. Open spaces and playgrounds for recreation and social interaction are located in the adjacent southern open area. Public transport with subway and S-Bahn is within walking distance. 80 underground parking spaces and additional spaces for bicycle parking will be built above ground and in underground garages. To enliven a central square in the district, a daytime café will be created to promote social interaction in the new residential area.
Sustainability
In Feldmoching, the Free State is also focusing on sustainable construction methods with innovative and energy-efficient solutions.
The buildings are being constructed in solid brick construction to the KfW-55 standard. Renewable energy is used through photovoltaic systems. Green roofs for rain retention and passive cooling of the quarter and infiltration trenches for water retention make up the sustainable concept.
